Chris, Luke and I had a GREAT time staying on UCLA's campus for a full week. There were 800 athletes that came to participate in this years FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) camp. You name it, they had the sport. Chris of course was involved with the football camp along with many other former college and ex NFL football players. FCA uses sports as a vehicle to lead people to Christ. Over 400 kids gave their life to the Lord by the end of the week. Every night after 2 practice sessions all of the kids and coaches would head over to chapel to end the night in worship. The Katina's (a popular Christian band) led praise and worship...it was so AWESOME....Luke really loved that part....he would just dance and dance! Luke and I had fun everyday hanging out with the other mommy's and kiddos while Daddy was at practice. There were about 10 little boys Luke's age...it was fun to see them all run around together. We had a very blessed week, and were very excited to come home to our own bed after sleeping on dorm beds all week. : )

anita - i LOVE the katinas - i have several of their cd's. they are a frequent at our church and are SO good...and, aren't too bad to look at either! ;)
