17 Months

At music class for the 1st time!
He had FUN playing with the scarves!
When story time is over, there is play time...Luke's favorite part!
Picking out a story for mommy to read!
At the concert in the Park with Luke's friend Braden!
Having FUN with the fan they passed out!
Luke had a BLAST dancing to the music!
Luke LOVES his GRAMMI

Another FUN month as come and gone, and Luke is becoming a little man by the day!

* He is quite the little explorer now and loves to walk away from mommy and daddy, we are doing our best to teach what is "OUT OF BOUNDS" we are starting to see Time Out (or as Chris calls it "BEING BENCHED") a little more everyday, but he is learning!

* He now signs "MORE" "PLEASE" when he wants more food. It is cute to see him put 2 words together in sign language...

*We are starting to hear more words like Ball, Done, Bubbles, No : ( , and others here and there.

* I am now MOM and not MAMA anymore, kind of sad but also cute, he sounds like such a little boy.

* He likes to make expressions with his face when we call them out: Happy face, Sad face, Mad face & Surprised face. Luke's favorite is Mad face and will now do that in the middle of anything just to make us laugh. I will have to post a video of that one soon! It's hysterical!

*Luke loves his music class, he loves to dance and sing all of the time. He LOVES twinkle twinkle little star...he even uses his hands to make the twinkle motions. : )

*Story time is more of a challenge now that he is walking EVERYWHERE but his favorite parts are when they sing and play after with the toys.

*He is GREAT at cleanup time...especially when we sing the "Cleanup time song"

*Luke is such a HAM when he is around my cheerleaders...he loves them and they LOVE him right back. We are excited to go to cheer camp this week!

*Luke continues to make us SMILE everyday, it is such a JOY being his parents!
