Coach Bobby Bowden and Chris (one of my favorite pics of the two of them)
Coach Bobby Bowden flew to CA to speak at a banquet that Chris was the MC of.
Another banquet that Coach flew out for that Chris was the MC of. Those two have such a special relationship.Chris and I LOVE to name our kids as soon as possible (plus I'm horrible at keeping it a secret) to idenify with and pray for by name. Lil man's name did not take long as I know my husbands heart and he has always mentioned to me here and there over the years that he would love to name a son after his HERO and COACH Bobby Bowden. Coach had a major spirtual impact on Chris during his college years and he was the one who introduced him to FCA (The Fellowship of Christian Athletes) the ministry that Chris now works for. With that being said the name of our second son is:
ROBERT CHRISTOPHER RIX
"BOBBY"
Our lil man already has a nickname as I call him my lil Bobby Boo. Chris has not told Coach yet, but we look forward to sharing our "naming" news with him very soon.

Hope we can get together again soon. I'm sure you're tired and trying to get settled in your home. I love to organize so if you need a helping hand, I wouldn't mind seriously. chris and I can get a sitter and come one evening and help with whatever you need done. I remember that time of trying to get stuff done and knowing that your delivery date is quickly approaching. So feel free to feel free....and call us *wink* Huggs
