Luke has finally turned the corner with walking this month! He will still crawl, but everyday he is walking more and more. YAY! Better late than never... he most definitely will not do things unless he wants to. He is a bit stubborn already. : ) Luke's personality is continuing to emerge and he is quite funny.

*He loves to imitate us....even the way I will laugh...it's almost like he is making fun of me.

*If you ask if he is going poopy he will make little grunts whether or not he is really going.

*Mini tantrums are starting to emerge, right now they are kind of funny because if he doesn't get something he wants, he will throw himself to the ground, if we aren't watching he will stop but if we look at him he will start again, it is so hard for us not to laugh, but at least for now they are pretty mild.

*He will pray with us before meals and going to bed, we will hold out our hand and he will hold itwhile we pray...the other day I actually saw him closing his eyes....SO CUTE!

*He will wave Hi to people everywhere we go...he does it so flirtatiously too and tilts his head likehe knows he is cute.

* Some of Luke's new words are to say MAP from Dora, Gabba Gabba (Gamma Gamma), mymom heard him say dancing while he was dancing, I've also heard him say All Done and Play (Pay), Luke also likes to count, he will hold up his hand and say 1 and then mumbles numbers 2-10 although we have heard him say six somewhere in there. : )

*Luke also started signing please (rubbing your hand over your heart) but Luke rubs his tummyfor please, it's so funny because it looks like he is hungry. We are still working on thank you.

*We will be starting a music class next week for the summer and mommy and me swim lessonsin July...

I'm excited to be on summer break and get extra time with both of my boys! We hope you are all off to a GREAT summer!
